Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hotel.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established standards.
  • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services.
  • Work closely with other department managers to coordinate guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitor budgetary expenses related to housekeeping operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
