Location: Umm‑Said, Qatar

Position: Housekeeping Manager

Salary: $900 negotiable

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our luxury hotel in Umm‑Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of housekeeping staff including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to support housekeeping operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas meet established standards.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with other departments such as front office and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment handling, inventory control and budget management.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Egyptian nationals fluent in English are preferred.
