Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly organized House Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury home, ensuring efficiency and discretion.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing domestic staff, budgeting, scheduling, event coordination, and vendor relations. Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required.

This full-time role offers on-site accommodation and a competitive salary of $1,400 per month.

Our luxury household in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations and efficiency of our home

As the ideal candidate you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role preferably within a high-end household Indian nationals are preferred for this position

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise domestic staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations
• Create and maintain household schedules including maintenance and repairs meal planning and event coordination
• Monitor household budgets and expenses
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the home at all times
• Handle all purchasing for the household including groceries supplies and special requests
• Coordinate with outside vendors for any necessary services or repairs
• Oversee security measures for the home and ensure all systems are functioning properly

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a House Manager in a luxury household
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing domestic staff
