Job summary

Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV and access control, respond to incidents, and enforce hotel procedures to protect people and property.

The role requires sound judgment, discretion and calm, professional communication under pressure, delivering a visible security presence across the property while coordinating with management and emergency

Qualifications

• Sound judgment, discretion and effective communication are essential for、安全 and guest safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security-related training is preferred.
• Prior experience in hotel security or related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and documented patrols of designated areas including guest floors, public areas, back-of-house areas, parking facilities, entrances and hotel perimeter.
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the property.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarm panels, radios and other security-related systems.
• Respond to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies in line with hotel procedures.
• Enforce hotel security policies consistently and professionally.
• Identify, assess and report security risks and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain control of master keys, access cards and other security-sensitive items.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Provide courteous security-related assistance to guests and staff.
• Assist with guest lockouts and lost-and-found procedures.
