Job Description:

The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.This role is crucial to maintaining a secure, welcoming environment and plays a vital part in the hotel's operations and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious behavior
• Respond to emergencies including medical, fire, or security threats
• Assist in enforcing hotel policies and procedures among guests and staff
• Control access to restricted areas and ensure proper guest identification
• Support investigations and write accurate incident and activity reports
• Provide escort services to staff and guests when necessary
• Collaborate with local authorities in case of major incidents or emergencies
• Perform routine checks on fire and safety equipment

Education & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in hotel or hospitality security preferred
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid is an advantage
• Physical fitness and the ability to remain on foot for long periods
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
