The Role

You will be responsible for:

Hotel Representative

  • Welcome Guests at the Airport: Meet and greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to transportation.
  • Assist with Check-in: Coordinate with hotel reception, ensure guests receive necessary information, and address immediate guest needs.
  • Handle Guest Questions and Queries: Provide accurate information, assist with bookings, and ensure guests feel valued.
  • Updating Reports on the CRM: Input guest information, preferences, and feedback accurately and maintain records.
  • Handling Payment Collections for Excursions: Process payments securely, issue receipts, and confirm bookings.
  • Managing Complaints: Address guest concerns professionally, escalate unresolved issues, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Tour Guide

  • Guiding Groups: Lead tours of Qatar attractions, ensuring safety and engagement.
  • Providing Local Knowledge: Share insights on attractions, stay updated on new developments, and answer questions confidently.
  • Ensuring Safety: Monitor safety, handle emergencies, and conduct risk assessments.
  • Creating Memorable Experiences: Engage guests, tell stories, and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Supporting Sales: Promote excursions and collect feedback.
  • Coordinating Logistics: Work with drivers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Profile

  • Education & Professional Qualification: High school diploma; tourism or hospitality training; Qatar Tour Guide License; Qatar driving license or international license convertible under RTA scheme.
  • Experience & Skills: Customer service experience in tourism, guiding experience preferred, excellent communication skills in English and Romanian, problem-solving ability, knowledge of Qatar attractions is a plus, sales focus, proficiency in handling payments and CRM updates.
