You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services, while driving occupancy and revenue through strategic planning and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managerial hospitality experience, strong leadership, fluent English, and knowledge of hotel management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a hands‑on approach.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or other Indian languages preferred.
• Willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided.
