Flyper in Al-Rayyan, Qatar seeks a Hotel Manager to oversee guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. You will plan operations, hire and lead front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

A Bachelor's in Hotel Management is preferred; 5+ years of experience; fluent English and strong problem-solving and budget oversight. Salary 1300$ per month with accommodation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a diverse team.
• Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate hotel operations to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, and manage staff members including front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
• Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall goals of the hotel
