Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are looking for a qualified Hotel Manager to oversee all operations and staff of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will have extensive hotel management experience and a strong business acumen.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing the entire operations of the hotel, including ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, overseeing staff recruitment and training, budgeting and financial planning, maintaining inventory levels, and making sure all safety regulations are met. They must also develop marketing strategies to attract more guests and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in hotel management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. They should be able to work independently as well as with teams and have excellent organizational skills. Excellent knowledge of English language is required for this position. Previous experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not essential.
