Responsibilities
- Is accountable to Hotel Operations in the overall running of the hotel by participating in the decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.
- Provides guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and helps them set their respective departmental objectives.
- Oversees the quality, consistency and presentation in the outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards of the hotel and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Oversees the service standards of all outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
