Overview

Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and profitability. This position is well-suited for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration
  • Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control measures, and revenue management strategies
  • Develop marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing ones through promotions, partnerships, and other initiatives
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to maximize revenue opportunities for the hotel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Understanding of financial management principles with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, housekeeping standards, food & beverage operations

Contract Details

This is a full-time contract position with an initial term of 2 years. The contract may be renewed based on performance. The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
