Job summary

Ibis Doha, part of Accor, is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to brand standards. You will report any maintenance issues and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

We value excellent communication, flexibility, and a proactive attitude; prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, with a focus on delivering friendly, spotless service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards.
• Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
• Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
• Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve skills.
