Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA is seeking an experienced General Accountant to manage the receiving function, ensure invoices are accurate, and maintain strong internal controls. You will close books, prepare financial reports, and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, and P&L while coordinating with auditors.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality accounting, knowledge of cost and store inventory, and a high school diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant in a hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cost and store inventory management.
• Experience with payroll preparation and timely disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and proper authorised approvals.
• Manage closing of books and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile General Ledger, Bank Accounts, and P&L to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors during audits.
• Develop and maintain filing systems for contracts and important documents.
