Responsibilities:
- Promptly seat guests at pre-set tables according to party size and preferences.
- Set up the Hostess stand, review reservations, recommend room arrangements, maintain station charts and cover counts, and recognize server capacities to meet Four Seasons Service standards.
- Answer phones professionally, handle reservations, and provide information about the restaurant or hotel services.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or issues, recognize regular guests by name, and use their names consistently.
- Inspect and maintain menus daily, ensuring quality and presentation, and develop knowledge of all menu items and specials.
- Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.
- Complete special projects such as menu updates and signage.
- Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hotel & resort.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
