Job summary

Accor's Pullman Hotels & Resorts division in Doha seeks a social media content creator with 2-3 years in content creation and social media management. You will develop, capture, edit, and publish visual content across platforms to showcase hotel experiences, venues, and events.

You will align calendars with campaigns and collaborate with multiple departments. You will monitor trends and performance, craft engaging captions, and support branding efforts to drive awareness and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong photography, videography, graphic design and editing skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality/tourism experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish high-quality content for social media platforms.
• Capture and edit photos, videos, reels, and stories showcasing the hotel, restaurants, events, facilities, and guest experiences.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Create engaging copy, captions, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to gather content and promote events, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
