Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha is seeking a friendly Barista to prepare and serve coffee and tea offerings to guests, ensuring quality and presentation. You will greet guests, take orders, and process payments using the POS system, while keeping the café area clean and stocked.

The role requires a hospitality mindset, at least 2 years in hotel operations, and strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills to support smooth service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Beverage preparation and serving to guests with consistent quality.
• Greet guests and process orders using the POS system with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and inform guests about ingredients/allergens.
• Ensure cleanliness of prep areas, equipment and service spaces.
• Monitor stock and assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Adhere to hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
