Job Description:

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), the leading Islamic financial institution in Qatar, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager (BM) to lead the operations, sales, and customer service activities of one of its key branches in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day functions, managing staff, and ensuring the branch meets business and compliance goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage branch staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee daily banking operations including cash handling, client transactions, and compliance with Shariah banking guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate customers
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare management reports
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and internal audit requirements
• Mentor, train, and evaluate branch staff to foster a high-performance culture
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely service delivery

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
