Education/Qualifications Required:

• Basic medical degree from a recognized institution

Experience Post-Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years in project management, including at least 3 years managing healthcare projects.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Develop programs that deliver sustained, long-term improvements based on comprehensive analysis of HMC strategies and objectives.
• Ensure alignment of programs with CHI objectives.
• Establish processes and procedures to facilitate program management and project success.
• Develop program plans, integrating project information, resources, timelines, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Oversee multiple system redesign and service delivery improvement projects.
• Manage and direct project support staff attached to individual projects.
• Deliver projects within a standardized project management framework and established timelines to ensure system integration.
• Ensure programs are integrated into hospital business plans and service delivery operations.
• Coordinate and prioritize resources across projects.
• Mitigate risks through effective planning.
• Manage program budgets effectively.
• Conduct regular reviews of programs and adjust as necessary based on organizational changes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Continuously assess program performance and develop new capabilities.
• Plan, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts and project staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
