Short Description of the Employer:

• Right Care for Nursing Services is the direct employer in Doha, Qatar, responsible for hiring caregivers.The workers will be home-based patient care within Qatar, working 12-hour shifts and returning to company accommodation afterward. The Caregivers will have 1- 2 days Orientation when they arrive and then will be assigned to the clients . It's at patients' homes.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 2,500 QAR
• Food Allowance: 300 QAR
• Overtime Pay: 200 QAR
• Total Monthly Salary: 3,000 QAR
• Accommodation: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
• Transportation from accommodation to Work Place and vice versa: Provided by the employer for the duration of contract
• Contract Duration: 2 years
• Air Ticket (mobilization and repatriation)
• Vacation Leave: 21 days per year (available after 12 months of service)
• Medical Insurance: Provided by the employer
• Working Permit/Visa: Provided by the employer
• Pay During Orientation/Training: 2,800 QAR (approx. 2 weeks) Basic salary + food allowance
• Pay During Probation: 3,000 QAR
• Gratuity Pay: Provided by the employer after completing two years of service
