Job summary

ASQ International seeks a Head of Secondary to lead a vibrant international school community in Doha. You will shape the strategic direction of the Secondary School, drive academic excellence, and foster an inclusive environment where every student thrives.

The candidate will provide visionary leadership across curriculum, teaching, and pastoral care, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen whole‑school development and community engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or PGCE in Secondary Education.
NPQH would be to your advantage.
Experience as Head of Secondary in an international school.
Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence.
Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis.
Capable of building professional trust and fostering a positive school culture.
Flexible, kind, and open to leading change in a multicultural environment.
