Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or PGCE in Secondary Education.
• Experience as Head of Secondary in an international school is preferred.
• Proven ability to attract, retain and develop teaching talent.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, exam management, timetabling, QA and data analysis.

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor s Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education NPQH would be to your advantage

• Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence
• Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis
