Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to manage the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, including LNG, LPG, and FSRU vessels. The position requires ensuring compliance with industry standards and implementing best practices across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational standards and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide expertise in marine operations, conducting thorough risk assessments.
  • Ensure full compliance with international and flag state maritime regulations.
  • Conduct and supervise port and terminal due diligence for safe operations.
  • Monitor daily vessel performance and manage operational activities.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and safety management systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nautical Science or related field, with a Master Mariner Certificate.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the maritime industry, including LNG/LPG management roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of SOLAS, ISM, MARPOL, and related maritime regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
