Job summary

OmanYP is seeking a Finance Director in Qatar to lead financial strategy and reporting for a property-industry organisation. The role focuses on steering budgeting, forecasting, and planning, while ensuring regulatory compliance and prudent risk management across the finance function.

You will manage relationships with auditors and banks, mentor the finance team, and present key financial insights to senior management. Arabic language skills would be advantageous to collaborate locally.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Extensive experience in financial management within the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
