Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking a Manager Cabin Crew to lead Performance Managers within Cabin Services - In-Flight Services in Doha. You will supervise performance, ensure adherence to standards, and guide development opportunities for Cabin Crew, reporting to the Senior Manager Cabin Crew Performance.

The role involves strategic planning, recruitment assessment participation, and maintaining KPI targets across the team to uphold Qatar Airways’ service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of related experience, or secondary qualification with 9+ years.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Performance Managers to drive Cabin Crew performance.
• Observe, assess and guide performance per company standards.
• Plan manpower development and recruitment criteria for Cabin Crew.
• Communicate policy changes to Cabin Crew timely.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for contract renewals to Senior Management.
