What you'll be doing

As Head of Beauty Operations, you will lead the brands and help grow the beauty business in Qatar. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep market knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building brands and teams in a high-growth environment. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading the commercial strategy, marketing, and retail operations for a portfolio of regional and international beauty brands.
2. Driving market growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning tailored to Qatar.
3. Managing key retailer relationships.
4. Owning the full P&L and driving profitability across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels.
5. Collaborating with regional and brand partners on impactful activations and strategies.
6. Mentoring and leading a diverse team, promoting collaboration, performance, and development.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader with over 10 years of experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or related consumer industries. You should:

1. Be based in Qatar or have extensive experience and network within the Qatar market.
2. Be fluent in Arabic and English.
3. Possess skills in P&L management, negotiations, team leadership, and strategic planning.
4. Be a servant leader with a hands-on, people-focused, and collaborative approach.
5. Have a background in beauty or adjacent categories like fashion or accessories, especially with Qatar market experience.
6. Hold a current Qatar residence or be open to relocating to Qatar for the role.
