We are seeking a professional, attentive, and friendly Waitress - Barista to join our front-of-house team. As a Waitress - Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also preparing and serving premium coffee beverages. You should have a passion for hospitality, a refined understanding of high-end dining service, and the skill to create and serve artisanal coffee beverages to perfection. Your role will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience in our fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Provide detailed information about the menu, including specials and recommendations.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

Ensure that guests are comfortable and enjoy their dining experience by offering attentive service.

Anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively.

Barista Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve high-quality Juices, mocktail, tea, coffee and espresso beverages according to customer preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Expertly handle different brewing methods, including espresso machines, pour-over, and French press.

Ensure the coffee presentation is visually appealing, adhering to our premium brand standards.

Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Support team members during busy periods and assist in other areas of the restaurant when needed.

Quality Control :

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of service, including the dining room, coffee station, and work areas.

Ensure that food and beverage quality meet or exceed the restaurant’s established standards.

Upselling and Suggestive Selling :

Provide excellent upselling suggestions for both food and beverages to enhance the guest’s dining experience.

Share knowledge of wine pairings, special beverages, and seasonal offerings to create a personalized experience for guests.
