We are looking for an experienced Handyman Supervisor to lead a team of skilled handymen in our company located in Al-Khor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the handyman team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of handymen to complete various repair and maintenance tasks
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Train new team members and provide guidance to improve skills
• Develop and implement work schedules and manage workloads
• Purchase necessary materials and supplies for projects
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with clients regarding project details, updates, and any concerns
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, expenses, and inventory
• Address any performance or disciplinary issues within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman Supervisor or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Malayalam (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
