Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance

We are a property management company based in Al-Khor seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on properties
• Ensure all safety standards are followed while completing tasks
• Coordinate with contractors when necessary for larger repairs or projects

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and contractors professionally
