The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks including repairs, maintenance, and installations in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures and equipment
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
• Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their needs
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
