Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years of hands-on experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of handyman experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman services.
• Good English communication; knowledge of Filipino language is an advantage.
• Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or repairs needed.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs and patching holes.
• Handle more complex repairs such as installing new appliances or repairing electrical systems.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Respond promptly to clients' requests for service and address any concerns or complaints.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
• Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
