Job summary

A leading engineering services company in Qatar is seeking a Handover & Completion Division Manager to manage all completion activities for the EPC-1 Contract. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commissioning and project execution over 20 years, particularly with large greenfield projects and AWP methodologies. The role is site-based with a 6-day work week, including night shifts as needed. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a multi-cultural team.

Qualifications

• 20 years in Project Execution, particularly in commissioning and hand-over.
• Experience with systems completion management.
• Familiarity with large and complex greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all hand-over and completion works for the EPC-1 Contract.
• Lead activities from design through to operational hand-over.
• Manage a team in a multi-cultural project environment.

Job Description Highlights:

• The position is located at Qatar, RLIC site and is responsible and accountable for all Hand-Over and Completion works and activities for the EPC-1 Contract from start of detailed design and engineering through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and pre-start-up activities to hand-over to Operations Expansion and Start-up Department (OAC).
• The position is based at Site, RLIC, 6 days a week regime, including night shift as required.
• Twenty (20) years in Project Execution, with a strong background in commissioning, hand-over and completion activities of large and complex greenfield Projects.
• Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases (SCDB). Experience with multi-cultural type Projects & LNG projects.
