A leading hotel brand in Doha is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide outstanding services and ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service and prior experience in hotel front office operations. You will be responsible for handling reservations, greeting guests, and addressing their inquiries. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

You are responsible for taking reservations, greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. You will handle all guest inquiries, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.
