Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and take orders from customers.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Process payments and make accurate change using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area (tables, chairs, floors).
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
