Job summary

Work in USA in Doha, Qatar is seeking a waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have hospitality experience and be able to work in an international environment, with strong English communication.

This temporary position requires the candidate to arrange their own visa and is suitable for men. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving, upselling, and maintaining table readiness while complying with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter in hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and present them with a menu.
• Take accurate orders from guests and enter them into the POS system accurately.
• Inform customers of daily specials.
• Serve food and beverages as requested by customers.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints in a polite manner.
• Ensure all tables are clean and adequately set up before guests arrive.
• Assist other restaurant staff members when needed.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times.
• Prepare bills for customers’ orders.
