Job summary

Command Post is seeking a GRC, Privacy & AI Governance Consultant to join our growing team. This hands-on, customer-facing role supports delivery and ongoing development of the CP platform, focusing on GRC, privacy, AI governance, presales and platform support.

You will work with customers to translate requirements into practical governance controls, map ISO 27001/42001 and NIST CSF, and help embed governance as an operational capability rather than a spreadsheet exercise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on governance and compliance experience with customers.
• Translate requirements into controls and workflows.
• Experience with ISO 27001 / 42001 and NIST CSF.
• Experience with privacy and data protection regulations.
• Ability to present to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of CP's GRC capabilities.
• Work with customers on risk registers, controls, assessments, exceptions, remediation and compliance programmes.
• Map frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST CSF to client needs.
• Help translate privacy obligations into practical controls.
• Support AI governance, AI Ops, and evidence management.
• Deliver demonstrations and participate in workshops.
• Provide platform onboarding and user guidance.
• Capture customer requirements for the product roadmap.
