Job summary

Thabt HR Department in Doha is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience to design engaging content for social media, banners, catalogs and packaging, while ensuring brand consistency across print and digital media.

The role also covers video editing, photography support, and collaboration with marketing and sales to develop campaigns. This on-site, full-time position offers opportunities for growth and hands-on branding work on automotive and lifestyle products.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and Eurostaffs.
• Create marketing materials such as banners, brochures, catalogs, flyers, and advertisements.
• Design product packaging, labels, and other print materials.
• Prepare artwork for both print production and digital publishing.
• Ensure all designs follow Thabt's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Video Editing

• Edit promotional videos, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Perform color correction, sound editing, subtitle creation, and motion graphics.
• Export videos optimized for different social media platforms and digital channels.

Photography & Videography

• Assist with product photography and lifestyle photo shoots.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of automotive accessories and promotional content.
• Retouch and enhance product images for e-commerce, marketing materials, and social media.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and social media content strategies.

Requirements

• Experience 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.
• Software Required Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Preferred Adobe After Effects Adobe Lightroom Adobe Media Encoder Blender or Cinema 4D (optional)
• Skills Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Excellent video editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product photography experience.
• Motion graphics skills.
• Basic 3D design knowledge.
