Job summary

Ibtechar in Doha, Qatar is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to support the Strategic Communications team across government and innovation projects. You will design visual assets for social media, reports, presentations, and digital campaigns, translating complex data into clear visuals.

You will develop bilingual (Arabic–English) layouts and maintain brand consistency while leveraging AI creative tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and related tools.
• Arabic language proficiency adds advantage for bilingual publishing.
• Experience supporting government-related projects is a plus.

About the Role

You will:

• Design & Content: Create visual assets across social media, reports, publications, presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, MS Word), and digital campaigns.
• Visual Storytelling: Translate complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging infographics and communications materials.
• Bilingual Publishing: Develop layouts, typography, and ensure quality across bilingual (Arabic–English) publications and multi-format materials.
• Brand Guardian: Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines, templates, and visual libraries.
• Multimedia Support: Assist with basic video editing and digital content production for campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
• AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage AI creative tools to support visual generation, content ideation, and design efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams through structured review and approval processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally within consultancy, corporate, or government settings.
• Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and skilled in both Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs).
• Added Advantage: Arabic language proficiency, familiarity with AI creative tools, and experience supporting government-related projects.
• Core Skills: Strong foundation in infographic development, layout design, and visual storytelling with excellent attention to detail.
• Work Ethic: Excellent coordination skills, task ownership, and the ability to work effectively within structured review and approval workflows.
