Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for hotel campaigns, events, menus, and social media, ensuring on-brand quality.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, HR, F&B and other teams, deliver print and digital assets on tight timelines, and contribute creative concepts that elevate guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs: Develop posters, flyers, brochures, menus, and promotional materials for hotel campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives
• Support marketing campaigns: Design social media content, digital advertisements, and other visual assets to promote hotel services, offers, and events
• Maintain brand standards: Ensure all designs follow Hilton brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
• Collaborate with departments: Work with Marketing, HR, F&B and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Manage design projects: Organize design requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure artwork is completed on time
• Edit and prepare artwork: Retouch images, resize graphics, and prepare files for print and digital platforms
• Support special projects: Assist with creative requirements for departmental initiatives, hotel events, and ad-hoc assignments
• Bring creative ideas: Contribute fresh concepts and innovative design solutions to enhance the hotel's branding and guest experience
