Job summary

Tecnicas Reunidas in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Logistics and Procurement support professional to assist the Purchasing and Customs teams in an energy sector environment. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing equipment lists, and evaluating bids to ensure timely delivery and compliance with INCOTERMs.

Ideal candidates will have oil and gas experience, strong knowledge of customs clearance, and familiarity with SAP and eFact tools.

Qualifications

• Relevant oil and gas or energy sector experience.
• Knowledge and experience in customs clearance formalities.
• High knowledge of international multimodal transport.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and materials.
• Knowledge in control and management tools including eFact and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary list of equipment and materials with details.
• Assist Logistics Coordinator in creating RFIs.
• Evaluate commercial and technical bids.
• Revise Purchase Orders analyzing INCOTERMs.
• Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
• Gather documents for customs clearance.
• Update tracking documents and tools.
• Support Customs Team.
• Aid Purchasing department.
