Job summary

Amentum seeks a skilled geospatial draftsman for AFCAP support at Al Udeid Air Base, Doha, Qatar. You will draft, survey, and map facilities, update GIS data, and prepare drawings and specifications.

The role requires at least 3 years of surveying and drafting experience and proficiency with AutoCAD and GIS software. You will collaborate with engineers and COR to maintain accurate CIP/MDS data and deliver geospatial products for operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Three years of surveying and drafting experience.
• One year of experience with AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical drawings, geospatial data, and maps.

Responsibilities

• Create and print custom maps via Defense Area Printing Service (DAPS) or other Government systems.
• Provide engineering surveys for facilities projects, construction layout, utility location, and disaster response.
• Conduct in-the-field land surveys to collect geospatial data and update MDSs.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, geospatial data, and maps.
• Maintain a repository of technical reference material, plans, and specifications.
