We are seeking a seasoned General Manager with a strong background in building construction to lead our civil operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, technical expertise, and excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee new projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and deliver multiple ongoing civil projects across Qatar.
• Develop, mentor, and lead project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource usage.
• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all Qatari regulations and safety standards.
• Support business development and market growth efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in the GCC; at least 5 years in Qatar as a GM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; UPDA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large construction projects.
• Strong commercial knowledge (procurement, subcontracting, budgeting).
