Job summary

C2HR GLOBAL LLC is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee design concepts, production planning, and on-site fabrication across wood, paint, acrylic, and printing divisions in Qatar. The role requires strong leadership to guide teams, ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery, and effective client coordination at all project stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in a commercial printing production environment.
• Experience in design coordination and production planning across multiple disciplines.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in print production.
• Familiarity with printing technologies (offset, digital, flexographic) and finishing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit project sites to assess space needs and requirements; coordinate with design and fabrication teams.
• Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet timelines.
• Lead production teams and site workers; supervise execution and QA checks.
• Source materials and finishes and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain clear client communication and manage project expectations.
