Job summary

Scale AI is seeking a senior individual contributor to own and scale the learning system that drives GenAI adoption for public sector audiences. You will design the course portfolio, run the platform at national scale, and represent Scale's learning capability in the regional AI conversation.

This role sits at the top of the adoption funnel, translating technical GenAI concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborating with marketing for public-facing moments that build Scale's standing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development, instructional design, or enablement with ownership of learning function at scale.
• Hands‑on LMS leadership: selected, stood up, or scaled a platform, not just authored content.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS strategy, selection, and rollout for national delivery with certification and badging.
• Define and own the catalog: programs building AI fluency and adoption of Scale's use cases.
• Design and launch flagship programs expanding foundational AI literacy, modular for diverse audiences.
• Build a measurement layer linking learning to adoption outcomes.
