Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced fund accounting professional to support accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance for asset management clients, including funds, SPCs, and discretionary mandates.

The role emphasizes leadership in accounting controls, collaboration with auditors and managers, and delivering precise management reports, with a strong focus on governance and data quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management; ACCA/CPA/CA/MBA Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of finance/accounting experience, including fund accounting or portfolio management platform exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, controls, systems, and analysis.
• Strong communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fund accounting records, GLs, and charts of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, trial balances, management reports, and schedules.
• Handle fund expenses, accruals, fees, subscriptions, redemptions, income, and cash flows.
• Coordinate with auditors, fund managers, administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Requirements:
