Job summary

Work standard is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant for our hotel in Umm-Said. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest comfort.

It is a full-time, on-site position with an emphasis on teamwork and responsive guest service. Fluent English is required, prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and a valid biometric passport is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all public areas such as lobby, hallways, and elevators are clean and well-maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for guests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to their requests or inquiries promptly.
