Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the housekeeping department, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory for cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping items.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests.
