We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Fullstack Digital Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, and database design, with strong exposure to solution architecture, system integration, and the design of AI-powered product features.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in agile development methodologies, experienced in leading development teams, and capable of translating business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise digital platforms.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance fullstack applications using Angular (frontend), Spring Boot / Node.js (backend), and relational / NoSQL databases.
• Apply industry-standard software design principles (e.g., modular architecture) in all aspects of solution planning and implementation.
• Define and implement system integration strategies, including REST APIs, messaging services, and middleware-based connectivity.
• Collaborate with AI / ML teams to conceptualize and integrate AI-driven product features (e.g., chatbots, intelligent workflows, recommendation systems).
• Own the development of design artifacts including high-level and low-level design documents, interface definitions, and data flow diagrams.
• Ensure seamless interoperability across multiple systems, platforms, and services.
• Lead and participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the transition of solutions from development to production with DevOps and CI / CD best practices.
• Mentor developers and conduct code / design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partners, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills throughout project lifecycles.

Required Skills & Experience :

8+ years of experience in fullstack software development and solution architecture roles.

Proven expertise in :

Frontend : Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS

Backend : Spring Boot, Node.js

Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; strong in database schema design, indexing, normalization, and optimization.

Deep experience in designing system integrations via APIs (REST / SOAP), message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and enterprise middleware.

Strong grounding in software design principles and patterns (MVC, microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to design and develop AI-powered features in collaboration with data and AI teams.

Well-versed in authentication and security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, role-based access).

Experience with cloud-native application design and deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Hands-on with DevOps practices including CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Strong experience working in Agile Scrum environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsable to bridge technical and business discussions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working on product development.

Exposure to AI / ML pipelines and integration of intelligent services.

Familiarity with event-driven systems, streaming architectures, and real-time data solutions.

Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Google Solution Architect) are a plus.
