Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions in Qatar seeks an experienced Excavator Operator to supervise and coordinate daily earthwork activities on site. You will operate the excavator, read site drawings, monitor progress, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of hands-on experience, a valid Heavy Equipment Operator license, fitness for outdoor work, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily excavation and earthwork activities at the site.
• Operate the excavator machine as per project requirements.

Supervise and coordinate daily excavation and earthwork activities at the site Operate the excavator machine as per project requirements Ensure proper utilization of manpower machinery and materials Read and understand site drawings levels and excavation plans Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the site manager Ensure all safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed Conduct routine inspection and basic maintenance of excavator equipment Guide and train workers operators for better productivity Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other site staff Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standard
