Job summary

EliteHosts is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our AR-Ruwais project team. You will operate heavy machinery to excavate, load, move earth and materials according to project requirements.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience, a valid license, and the ability to read blueprints. You must be physically fit and able to work with minimal supervision on a contract basis. We welcome all nationalities with preference to Malayalam speakers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an excavator operator.
• Valid Excavator Operator License/Certificate.
• Experience with various excavator types and attachments.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools and equipment.
• Ability to read construction plans and blueprints.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in Malayalam preferred.
• Contract-based employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator to dig, load and move materials.
• Ensure safe operation and follow safety procedures.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the equipment.
• Communicate with project managers and team members to understand project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used and incidents.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
