The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, including designing flower arrangements, ordering supplies, maintaining the shop's inventory, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be required to assist in managing staff and completing administrative duties such as invoicing and taking payments.
